Wailing synth siren similar to ARC Raiders

Alright, I've got an exellent challenge for the synth-heads here.

A video game called ARC Raiders recently released, it's main soundtrack features a beautiful wailing siren-like sound, and it's dominant throughout the game.
I've been trying to recreate it myself, however I thought it would be fun for others to try their hand and flex their sound design muscles.
