You can find a download online by searching "Massive wavetables for serum" and refer to any of the "digital-hybrid" wavetables specifically for this sort of sound. The original track is quite harsh on my ears so I didn't bake that sort of high end into the patch itself and allowed for more breathing room depending on how you want to mix it!
