This is an old-school rave stab, they came from sampling old disco, funk and soul records back then with samplers like an akai s-1000 etc.. You can make them yourself, pretty easy...

But for this one, check out ravegenerator2. It's a free plugin, and I am pretty sure you'll find the exact one there.✌️
