this is a patch from the Korg MS2000k, and also featured in metroid prime. i haven't been able to recreate it, so it would be nice if someone in the community would be able to recreate this. a thing i already found out trying to recreate it: dont just take a sample, and then use that, becouse then it just get's pitched. it has to be sythesized to get the feeling of it. here is the video + timestamp: 1:18.
