The preset is FM and Comb Filtering with some distortion and short punchy attack time, likely an envelope modulating the pitch of the oscillators. I recreated it as close as possible but the actual lead sounds layerd with at least 3 layers, so its not a simple patch. I used the noise oscillator to add the texture so it comes close. Fiddle with the FM on OSC1 and the cutoff of comb Filter, it should give you a variety of sounds that mimic that of the video.
