Name This Yourself

In light of my current state of profound weariness, I am compelled to confess my inability to conceive of a nomenclature that would be commensurate with the fundamental significance of this preset. It is for this reason that I have defaulted to the instruction to "Name this yourself," albeit with a measure of reluctance and a deep sense of intellectual deficiency.
