It's literally just a bitcrushed triangle wave. The song you gave is chiptune music, all of the sounds in it can be recreated using the basic shapes tab with a few tweaks (reverb here and there, quantize and maybe chorus every now and then). I know this is a preset site, but if you really are trying to make music (and this isn't a troll), try to actually learn a decent bit of sound design. This took me like 3 seconds. You bought serum, atleast learn how to use your $200 product.
