Add in the KHs Bitcrush (kilohearts bitcrush, it's free!) and turn the "downsample" (big number at top) selector to 33.7 KHZ, max out the quantize, Bits, Adcq, and mix. Minimize the Dither and Dac q. Voila

Gave it a shot and its sound great! but not quite what I'm looking for. This sounds closer to a saw whereas i think the electric mantis noise more closely resembles a square wave.
