Emulation of the Roland TR-808 Cowbell, with adjustable Tone and Amp Decay. Like the PP-808 Bassdrum, this preset is key-trackable and can easily be used as a melodic instrument. You can try changing the oscillators' pulse width for a different sound, either by tweaking Distortion Bias or by changing the Wavetable Frame Number.
