Macro Button 3: 100< MONO >300 (Everything from 100 to 300 Hz is output in mono)
Macro Button 4: REL DAMP (When activated, the release is set to 0 with every key press
to prevent frequency overlap)
Macro Button 5: DELAY (FX-SEND must be activated)
Macro Button 6: CHORUS (FX-SEND must be activated)
