Glitch/pulser/shot machine. Useful for making glitchy sounds!
(Disclaimer: does not sound like this out of box! But if your using Serum 2, I assume you know how to make it sound like this yourself)
Possible uses:
Use without effects... if you're crazy.
Resample it. Chuck it into Slicex or use it as a wavetable.
Resmple it. Chuck it into Filtertable... Or Shapertable if you have problems :3
Add a vocoder! Seriously. It sounds amazing with a vocoder.
Reverse engineer it and make your own glitch shot machine.
Run it overnight for nice sounds to fall asleep to.
