Its actaully a resampled kick transient. I know this because i accidentally got a sound like this a while back. Of course Virtual Riot put a lot of post processing on this but the main idea is there. There is an obvious low pass filter to bring the sound in, and then when fully open it has a lot of low end removed. Modulate the low pass and high pass filter macros, as well as compressor macro i have set up to dial in the sound.
