Can be used as riser which you can hear in my preview
EQ: add some high frequencies, cut the bass and put another pulsing bass on it (I used Serum sine wave, 1/16 t LFO Rate controlling OSC Level)
Third-party plugins: Fruity Blood Overdrive (Color 60%, Pre Amp 50%), ValhallaRoom (to your taste, but you should test with it)
For EQ you can use anything you want. I played with FL's mixer equalizer
