that occurs at 14:10 it is apparently two saw instances at different keys/octaves and then some heavy proccesing im not sure i've been trying to recreate this thing for the longest time. i'd prefer if is can be recreated pre proccessed so i can proccess it myself but if you manage to hit the same sound with vital's fx thats fine too. 🙏
