PresetShare ("I", "me", "my") is owned and operated by the PresetShare creator, an individual based in Kazakhstan.
Information You Provide
When you register an account, I collect your username, email address and a password (stored in hashed form). If you sign in through a third-party provider such as Google or VK, I receive your email address and basic profile information from that provider.
Anything you choose to publish on PresetShare is public: your profile page, posted creations, comments, and any social media links or location information you add to your profile.
Cookies
PresetShare uses cookies that are necessary for the site to function, such as keeping you logged in.
Third-party services listed below may also set their own cookies or use similar technologies. Visitors from regions where consent is required (such as the EEA and the UK) are shown a consent dialog before advertising cookies are used.
Analytics
I use Yandex Metrica to understand how visitors interact with the site, which helps me improve content and performance. It uses cookies and may collect information such as your IP address, the pages you visit, time spent on them, and other browsing information. See the Yandex Privacy Policy.
Advertising
Ads on PresetShare are provided by third-party vendors, including Google AdSense and Infolinks. These partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show you ads, including ads based on your interests and prior visits to this and other websites.

reCAPTCHA
PresetShare is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis.
Server Logs
PresetShare may collect your IP address in server logs, as all web servers do. This information is used for monitoring traffic, security and abuse prevention. I don't use it for tracking the activities of specific visitors.
Data Sharing and Retention
I do not sell user data to third parties, and I do not process data beyond what is necessary for the functionality of the service. Data reaches third parties only through the services described above (analytics, advertising, reCAPTCHA, sign-in providers) and where required by applicable law.
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above.
Your Requests
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting me at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
Please note that I am an individual, not a legal entity, and cannot provide the same level of support as a corporate Data Protection Officer. I can only act on requests that are sufficiently verified. If you have lost access to the email address associated with your account, I reserve the right to deny your deletion request to protect the security and privacy of all users.
